Physical requirements of golf:
Spinal rotation, shoulder and hip mobility: for adequate hip and shoulder turn.
Core/glut strength: to generate power from the trunk rotation and hip extension as you come into the follow through swing.
Balance, co-ordination and single leg stability to prevent sway and maintain the correct club path.
